the title of your thread is NAKED SHORTING jeez By asking for your investigation you are accomplishing the exact opposite of what you are asking for, get it? Why jump on the bandwagon of the whole naked shorting "manipers" and then not discuss it? You are the one beating your naked short drum everyday and now you want to discuss everything but it it seems. Do you think the threshold list is a joke or it works? As far as buyins.net you know the guy was fined 50k when he was a broker? I mean cmon now. Then his disclosure says he may go long for a squeeze! Lol So far most of his buyin list have tanked, what a jokester preying on the uninformed just like ncans. The reason you don't want to "get painted into a corner" is because I would paint you there. Any company can pull up their DTC sheets and PROVE it! It's that freaking easy. the ones that whine the most are usually the sub penny turds that practically NO ONE IS SHORT because of margin requirements. That is the entire joke about this whole thing. there used to be some stocks that the entire float was shorted pre 3370 but it AINT happening NOW. NOT one of these bungholes can prove it cause it DOESNT exist. DTC SHEETSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I SAY! PROVE it you freaking lying maniper companies!
