Let me make this clear, I am pretty sure "Official A" is Rove because Novak is mentioned in connection to him and Rove and Novak go all the way back to when Rove planted a bug in his office and claimed the other campaign did it.

But "Official A" could be someone else. Whoever it was got a big surprise when the indictment was read.
