I think you misunderstood my intentions for the number of troops to be reduced. I expected that meant that sort of a draw down. Past Iraqi elections have been followed with a spike in insurgency. I suppose worst case they could decide to pull immediate if it looks inappropriate. We'll see how you do. I assume the ideas for the speech are being tossed around now. You would think so. I've noticed his speeches are much better when Karen Hughes is around. I expect Karl does the themes, the speech writers put cr_p together and Karen smooths the words out. You care to make any predictions about SS reform? jttmab
