OSCI sems to have support at 1.72 and needs to close above its Oct. 20- Oct.24 double top at the 1.98 level before it can close the Oct. 3 downgap (2.03 to 2.11) bigcharts.marketwatch.com It remains on the downtrend coming from its July H at 3.04 The revenues in the las 4Qs have shown improvement, especially on the last Q, but there hasn't been any improvement on the bottom line.<g> I would like to see the stock closing above the 2.22 level before considering to make any substantial investment. The results for the 4th Q probably will show again good improvement on revenues, but there isn't too much expectation of any improvement on earnings. The estimated loss for 2005 is around $1.27 and for 2006 the EL is around $1.02 which is still above the $0.96 loss/shr in 2004. On yesterday's report, more than 80% of the revenues came from FACTIVE, which the FDA has approved a year ago for bacterial exacerbation of bronchitis and for CAP.The patent for Factive is good for another 13 years. The loss for the 3rdQ included $1.2M in non cash charges. They ended the Q with $98M in cash. With Wilma we had 4 good size trees down,two of which had some branches against the house, but no major damage. Were without power for two days,but I think we were lucky because there was no major damage and we were able to celebrate the 50th anniversary 2 days before the hurricane hit and all the out of town people including my ten grandchildren and their parents were able to return to their homes on Sunday.(The last one left 2 hours before the Ft.Lauderdale airport was closed.)
