Is that legal? It was a criminal act. Schumer probably didn't know about it, too low level an action. But getting somebody's credit report has always been a big thing with him, so it makes him look bad. No prosecution, of course. After all, they are Democrats. We have the same double standard here that the Palestinians are used to.
