It's really kind of weird that the Governor is using the initiative process to attempt to get legislation. The idea of the initiative was so the people could propose legistlation they couldn't get the ruling class to advance. It sounds like Arnold is going to discover that he doesn't have any legislators OR people on his side! Is it time to go "Gray Davis" on the Governator?
