Did everyone see that 7 million + auditor fee in the SEC 14A? Now that SGI's not a "hotshot" NYSE firm any more they don't need some "hotshot" big time auditor either. Most "small" OTC:BB companies use "small" local auditors as well. We don't need "hotshot" NYSE management salaries either..."small" OTC:BB company management must do with less...a lot less. So, everyone who still has stock, VOTE against the slate, including Ernst & Young for auditor. Start cutting costs right there.
