no, you're way too much of a man's man, ruff.
A little soy milk is okay.
However, overall, soy is over-rated in terms of health benefits and has been associated with health issues because of the phytoestrogens. I think you could try something like almond or rice milk in your oatmeal, and just keep using soymilk in your coffee. Frankly, a heart healthy diet is wild fish (NOT FARM RAISED) and meat that has grazed on GRASS not commercial meat. Those have the correct fatty acid profile. Olive oil is also decent.
