You may be able to understand why I might have had the impression that you did think that.

What the motives were for liberating the Iraqi people are probably less important now that finishing the job. We can hope that the Iraqis choose western style democracy, but we cannot dictate it. Can you imagine how messed up we would have been if we adopted a French style democracy? (Yes I know it was not until 1783, but I was trying to make a point.)

Despite the attempts of the liberally biased formerly mainstream media to ignore the facts, there is much good happening in Iraq. There is real progress in Iraq. After 2000 years of oppression, progress towards honesty and egalitarianism may be in fits an starts..

IMHO, egalitarianism among elected officials in the US is almost dead.
