In California, voters pass all kinds of spending bills, and then cut their own taxes. Talk about FUBAR. right this is the problem. Exactly why representative democracies are needed. These propositions are ridiculous. I'm going to pass a proposition tomorrow that all dog owners have to pay cat owners a "use fee" every year, since I have a cat and there are more cats than dogs in the state. be serious, I am waiting for a proposition like this, and it will probably PASS! Prop 77 is a complete fraud. really, how so?
