You're right! I PM'd him to ask the rules and that is what he said. So I guess those 20 folks banned said that. I guess to be fair you'd have to ban everyone that used a nickname fora politician. For example ban everyone that called Kerry a Flipflopper. I think that Dumbya is an appropriate name given the stupid way he got us into this war in Iraq.
