<I assume the owners of the spectrum being poached would also have a say.> They claim they'd be well below the limits set by "out of band" specifications, so they could claim to be not polluting other spectrum. I'm advised by PM that I should check the proprietors for reputable background. Google no doubt has good links. I haven't checked who they are or what reputation precedes them. Mqurice
