What we would revert to is anybody's guess. Why would we not immediately revert to what ever state law was on the books, at least until the state could make changes? Re "elective" abortions, there could be no effective law to govern spontaneous abortions. It would be nice if there could. Then we could have laws against cancer and heart attacks, too.
