You stated there was zero evidence. That was wrong. If you said "there isn't enough evidence publicly available to make that charge stick", I'd agree. But I would also point out there are other possible charges that could be made. Leaking of classified material is a chargeable offense under some circumstances. Outing Valerie and her cover company, given their focus on non-proliferation of WMDs, could be construed as something endangering national security.

These are immaterial semantic differences.

A man is presumed innocent until proven guilty. That is not to say until he is convicted (I firmly believe OJ is guilty, but obviously wasn't convicted). But there has been no evidence presented, whatsoever, that suggests that Rove is guilty.

My point in the beginning of this thread was that Karl Rove has effectively been tried and convicted by the Left. Out all the liberals on this thread I would say you tend to be the most level-headed. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think you would agree with the concept that this man ought to considered innocent until there is some compelling evidence presented to the contrary. Unlike tejek, who seems to argue that Rove is guilty regardless of the evidence or due process, I think you would not support his conviction absent evidence and due process.

Again, if there is SOME evidence that Rove committed a crime I'd like for someone to post it here. I would think that if the man is going to convicted by the Left in absentia, the least the trial court could do is present some evidence that crime was committed; yet nobody has.
