I was very slow on the uptake, but when I opened up (simple) the new online electronic Treasury Direct account (available since Nov 1), I realized that they now offer 4 week Treasuries, which weren't available to the public before. BTW those went for 3.79% last week before the rate hike. The 4 week auction is in Tuesday (in before 12:00 am EST), the 3 and 6 months are Mondays.

Think when people get this figured out, banks and money markets are going to be hurting, and have see their ridiculous returns paid out ratchet up to compete. Bearish for banking, bullish for T-Bills.
