Bush doesn't condone what terrorists do (of course), nor have Bush/Cheney and whomever, ordered done what terrorists do. Twisted logic arrives when forgetting the essential truth in the above. Then you may twistedly say Bush engages in torture, when your best evidence says some "policies LED to Abuse," which certainly doesn't imply a condoning of torture. Dan B.
