It's clearly possible that they don't even know they've hit the REGSHO list. They may have been in country the entire time. But I do agree that it would stimulate investment if they did have the L-II on pinksheets and their website. Perhaps persuasive logic that a small investment could yield a large ROI would stimulate them to action. It should be in writing to Jay Howson though. He's the IR man and is probably more conversant with such requests.
