The huffington post (LOL) may be a great source of information for you; however, most would agree that statute is more authoritative in determining whether something is a crime.

I love when you get all legal and simple. If it had to do with a Dem, you would be on a wall, screaming at the top of your lungs and throwing rocks. Consequently when it was Bill Clinton back in the day, it became Clinton raped Monica L. in lieu of having consensual sex as reported by everyone else including Monica L. You shocked everyone on this thread with your angry and virulent attack. Not now.......now you couldn't be nicer.

Of course, now its one of your own, hence there is the voice of reason; one that demands to be more careful; more legalistic. Well, dude, let me tell you......a crime is two parts motivation, one part action. So its up to us to cut to the chase. We know who had the motivation......the WH. Mr. Wilson was threatening to upset their big plans for their little war. How to get back at Mr. Wilson was the question of the day. Outing Valerie Phlame became the designated retaliation for Mr. Wilson's honesty.

Since this is a crime requiring some scummy bigwig with important reporter connections to pull off, it had to have been committed at the highest echelons of the WH. I'll let you pick who you think the guilty party is instead of us making accusations....Mr. Rove, Mr. Cheney or Mr. Bush? Which one is it, o loyal partisan? Which one of those three do you think betrayed this country? Go for it! I am waiting!
