This is Bush's war, not Pelosi's, she was against it.
The fact that in 1998 Clintonites said there were WMD was not very relevant by 2003. In the five years there was just the lingering question - does Saddam have WMD? Nobody knew for sure, but assumed he did. But only Bush-Cheney rushed in and occupied Iraq without a plan.

Also, Bushies criminally pushed phony intelligence on the congress and the senate, out-dated and fabricated intel which made it seem like Saddam was a grave imminent danger. The UN inspectors were in there digging and found nothing. They could have kept searching for a year just to make sure. There was no rush to invade and occupy, especially without a plan.
