Uncle, you never know, but it seems to me if they were planning to curtail tourism they would have started the riots during the warmer months. Tourism is at almost its lowest ebb this time of the year. More likely spontaneous bands of youth, frustrated with not having a job, and not seeing enough hope for one in the future going crazy.
