Koresh was an evil radical extremist nut. The Wackos from Waco refused to surrender and were known to have a large illegal arsenal with them. Just likie the Black Panthers in the 60's except they're white radicals instead. The NRA types supported Koresh simply because he was white. The NRA would condemn a black group with weapons.

In those cases, white or black, the Feds try to smoke them out somehow. They gave the wackos every chance to surrender peacefully but they bunkered down like Cheney instead. That could only mean one thing, they were insane people with a huge arsenal, in other words a menace to society.

The Feds rightfully fired in some tear gas grenade to try and get them out but Koresh had stockpiled flammable materials and ammunition all around him and the stuff caught fire. BOOM! Koresh also used women and children as human shields. He was a radical evil nutbag who deserved to be taken out. And the proof is that one of his supporters, Timothy McVeigh, blew up the federal building as revenge a year later. Supporting these kind of rightwing religious terrorist nuts is no different than supporting Al Qaida. Remember Oklahoma City and Eric Rudolph too.
