I knew many in San Diego that were afraid to go to Tijuana! Hmm, that was just one of the topics of conversation I had with my UCSD son last night. If you are tempted to go there to underage drink, please don't. Recently my mother's neighbor and a daughter's friend (separate incidents) were both murdered there while visiting. My mother's neighbor was charged $10,000 to recover her son's body. Gotta be a safer place to party.
