wouldn't long AUCC for .01, and you will see it there after Dayer, Tannous and Berman get done dumping the 20 million free trading shares, long before the bidbay/auctiondiner.com shareholders can sell their restricted stock which still only will add up to less than 40% of the deal. All three should be in jail.
