Never seen that term before. But coal-fired plants aren't common here. The best we can do is some brown coal, which usually isn't economic. Can you elucidate?

The point I was trying to make is that NK is constantly fishing for handouts. Assuming they actually do sit on a mound of prime anthracite coal, which I don't have a clue as to whether they do or not, they still would appreciate a gimme that includes both the plants and the complete cycle. NK being NK, they might not value the disposal end, but being gifted with all other aspects would have been a net plus. Which is the game that they've been playing for decades.
