Hi Tobago Jack, Your point, R&D must accompany manufacturing is extremely important. I know of several companies who are vainly trying to separate them, i.e. R&D in the fully industrialized country and manufacturing in China. IMHO this has no long term future. Chugs. Seeker of Truth
