at first glance, these look like blow out numbers when they used yr to yr comparisons. Looking at the tables, it appears that without the acquisitions, they would have been way down?

Oster Homes ranked as the 4th largest builder in the Cleveland MSA in 2004 by Builder Magazine.

In its 2004 fiscal year, Cambridge Homes delivered 599 homes with revenue of $166 million. Cambridge Homes currently has approximately 486 homes in contract backlog, with a sales value of $151 million, and owns or controls approximately 3,600 lots throughout the greater Orlando area. Cambridge Homes is a leading builder in the Central Florida market and was ranked 88th nationally in 2004 by Builder Magazine.

First Home Builders of Florida designs, markets and sells single family homes, with a focus on the first-time home buying segment. The company also provides mortgage financing, title and settlement services to its homebuyers. In 2004, First Home Builders delivered 1,819 homes with revenues of $308 million. As of July 31, 2005, First Home Builders had approximately 4,350 homes in contract backlog with a sales value of $925 million.

Town & Country was ranked the 52nd largest builder nationally in 2004 by Builder Magazine and expects to deliver approximately 2,000 homes in calendar year 2005, with total revenues of approximately $640 million. As of 12/31/04, Town & Country owned or controlled approximately 9,600 lots throughout its three markets for future growth, and had 1,153 homes in contract backlog with a sales value of $400 million.
