Cascade Commences Gas Pipeline Construction -- 11-16 Gas Well to Be Put Into Commercial Production Monday November 7, 9:00 am ET TUCSON, AZ--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 7, 2005 -- Cascade Energy, Inc. (OTC BB:CSCE.OB - News) today announces that the Company has commenced the construction of the natural gas pipeline that will tie-in the "11-16" gas well for commercial production. Cascade has advanced their pro-rata share of the required funds in full to the operator and construction has now begun. ADVERTISEMENT The Company has previously announced that the pipeline route survey has been completed. All right of way agreements have been finalized so that pipeline construction can begin. Cascade anticipates that the pipeline will be finished and the commencement of commercial production and sales by the end of November. Cascade and partners will tie-in to existing infrastructure at the Alta Gas gathering system. This tie-in point is 1.5 miles from the well and is the best logistical point for connection. The construction timetable should allow Cascade to be online and in production to take advantage of rising winter gas prices. The "11-16" natural gas well, when in production is projected to produce 500 to 600 Mcf gas per day as a stable production rate. The Company also announces plans to drill a second gas well on the Empress Project. The timing of the well is scheduled such that the drilling, completion and tie-in can occur so the well could be in production before year-end. The Company will endeavor to provide updates when further information becomes available from the operator.
