rruff- ETLC - I've been holding since 0.10. This one has the strongest accumulation indicator of all the penny stocks we follow here. Price is in a flatline and the ADI is strongly upsloping since ETLC hit bottom in April . I haven't seen any other chart that looks this bullish. So either the indicator is broken or ETLC will really fly big time. I'm betting the latter.
