In some of his 2001 newsletters he predicted MOABO would be no later than the fourth quarter of 2002. He was actually 100% accurate with that prediction as the market bottomed twice in 2002 at lower levels than March 2003 AND the ultimate low was in October 2002, the fourth quarter.
