MediCaid for CMSP person's in california had a 10 percent ROLLBACK since 1991. No raise there. Work Comp Fee schedule had one increase in the 1990's....(about 10 percent) Arnold effectively killed the Work Comp system in Cali making it LOSE LOSE for everyone. Maybe your 20 million dollar a year collection operations are heart surgeons or transplant surgeons BUT times are changing.....You should try to keep up...
