Hello Bob,

I am a new investor with ISGI and would appreciate your help to better understand how ISGI will afford $$ to establish Miami and Seattle switches for Int'l calls ?

Will these switch purchase's affect short term earnings; ie..8/20 qtrly report, or will only impact operating costs/cash flow ?

Also, do you know the time frame for aquisition and installation of these switches ?

After ISGI's announcement of three INT'L contracts; these switches
are probably of HIGH priority to install.
