Arnie, since this trial has been pushed back so many times, would you conclude that the parties are negotiating for a settlement? That would appear to be the picture to me, unless you know of some other reasons for the many delays. Or, since we were so close to a trial start date, is there an assigned judge who may be controlling the trial schedule, moving it to shuffle his existing case load? What is that little bird telling you?
