Taro hasn't "explained" anything --he merely commented on the real-estate attractiveness --or the lack thereof-- of Mechelen and, since I'm no real-estate developer myself, I graciously concede... Just a little niggle though: Ryanair is based at Charleroi, not Brussels. Taro's comments implied that immigrants were moving into Mechelen. Is that incorrect? If so, I apologize. ted
