Please Viewer - if you want to take part in a debate, refrain from posting that type of OT comment. As to reg sho list - it's a first step. Eliminate the grandfather clause and open up the Closing books DTCC. No reason to keep that information secret. Why are so many companies on the list? Are they moving the short from one broker to another? Is there collusion? If so, those who are benefiting obviously will claim that there is no problem and that nothing further needs to be done.
