Also interesting will be to be find out what patents Q is sueing for and how did NOK not get them included in their agreement. Even if the patents were filed after the agreement.Don't all of Q's agreements have a clause that automaticaly include any subsequent patents that arise during the term of the agreement. Could NOK been so stupid as to refuse to have them included in the agreement so as too try and minimize the royalty payment as much as possible by saying we don't need these patents so we want x% off the rate you charge us.
