Impeachment is definitely justified now. The US public is ready and willing for some hardball payback, like jail time, public humiliation and giving congress back to the Dems. Once that happens the rationale for impeachment is there. All you need to do is listen to Bush and Cheney talking about the mushroom clouds, then consider the fact they knew the intel they were citing was phony. Bingo. They knew they were lying to intentionally get us into a war they planned so poorly that within six months it was a huge quagmire. The sad part is, no matter who's in charge we are still stuck in the quagmire Bushies put us into. It's a really FUBAR situation.
