Delayed action indeed. I take note of your adjective "very" and also of the Mont Blanc potential of EXM.

I remain hopeful that the flares I have in my trunk are not duds and that they can at a minimum be put to good use elsewhere. I would hate to think that these particular sticks have been irreparably harmed by the effects of anhydrous dilution, although in fairness, that theory has not really been truly put to the test yet. So in the trunk they stay for now, and hopefully I won't find myself in an emergency where I need to set them off.

No doubt they would benefit from the application of a good accelerant. I keep hearing rumours that such things may be available soon, but I haven't actually seen anything yet
