Good point Russ. But it does show that consumers are not appearing to be risk averse. They have a strong willingness to take on new debt, probably to their eventual demise.

It's interesting how people don't want to believe an end to the party and are continuing with their reckless risky behavior even in the face of slowing home demand and soft pricing.
