What you say about ARS is true; it can in fact be used in many different applications, and this allows a 'seed and proliferate' approach. On the other hand, my point is that each of these seeds will grow only so high, and a large enterprise will end up with a field of small saplings and not a small number of tall trees.

While this may work as a strategy for RMDY, their architecture does not allow them to offer integrated enterprise-wide solutions. They continue to be typecast as a 'help-desk' vendor. Some of their partners (e.g. Baystone) are trying to develop enterprise applications using ARS as a platform, but have met with limited success to date.

Obviously I'm not privy to RMDY's strategy, but it seems to me that they have to announce new markets and approaches if they are to continue to grow as they have in the past.
