The specifics are: Stock symbol: ADSP Stock name : Ariel Corp Alert Bid : 8 5/8 Alert Ask : 8 3/4 News: : Ariel Corporation (Nasdaq:ADSP) today reported it has signed a five year cooperative development and licensing agreement with Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN), (``TI''), the world's leading supplier of digital signal processing (``DSP'') products. Under terms of this agreement, Ariel Corporation will participate in the development of products which incorporate Ariel's proprietary software into DSP products to be sold by TI. Ariel will receive an initial fee for its non-recurring expense and also additional non-recurring development fees in accordance with achievement of defined milestones. Additionally, Ariel will grant to TI a royalty bearing, and non-exclusive license to distribute DSP products using Ariel's technology.
