I got the TOL rec from the excellent real estate thread. They know all the builders and which are good and which are bad. TOL apparently builds in all the bubble areas and doesn't make much money even in the good times. OF course the absolute worst builder is KB homes, the old Kaufman and Broad. In general though I would cover all the shorts in this area because they have gone straight down since July, and nothing goes straight down. I'm going to go long DRIV or some other beaten up company pretty soon.
