I'm faced with this dilemma in a number of resource stocks I presently own. My experience in this market over the last six months (since Bre-X) has been that whenever I "double down" and purchase additional shares of companies that I already own at a substantially lower share price, I'm getting burned. I don't see anything on GDB that makes me think it has stronger fundamentals than the others I bought, and watched drop. The price of gold seems to be largely responsible. As countries continue selling national reserves of gold, gold prices (and gold resource stock prices) will continue to fall.
