what do you think of the questions i posed? 200 or so companies out of 10000+ is nothing. Answer this if you will: If you had the choice of not allowing shorting or allowing it for a few and those few occasionally "exposed" scams (from which they of course benefitted from) which would you choose? You are not going to ever be able to short cheap stocks if you get what you want here, you see that I hope? I am not saying I don't want transparency but asking for a level playing field is just ridiculous. that's like asking Home depot for their cost on their products and expecting to pay that. In fact there was a scam just exposed this last week and halted because a BD was short and getting hurt. And now the public won't get taken, whoddathunk?? that's one of my main points which you seem to fail to agree with, right?
