Jonathan, excellent letter! Once again you have demonstrated that you are the most eloquent writer on this thread.
I do not have the snail mail addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of each of the Board members. Could you, or someone else, post them up here. I could send a letter to each of them at Paracelsian's Ithaca address, but I do not trust Rhodes to forward my mail to the other board members. Perhaps there are other members on the thread as well who would like to get in touch with the individual Board members as well but do not have the information.
Jonathon, you wrote:
The Board's duplicity on this issue was manifested at the recent Stockholders Meeting. One person in attendance complained that he was unable to get Andrographis from the Company. A member of the Board responded that Andrographis was readily available on the open market; the questioner should have no trouble getting it from other sources.
Thank you for reminding me of this. I tried to post as complete a report as I could about the stockholders meeting, but I forgot to mention this incident. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this person suffered from prostate cancer and he said that he had tried other forms of Andrographis from other companies and that they had worse side effects then the AndroCar he had taken in PRLN's compasionate use trial. He almost begged Rhodes to let him continue taking AndroCar, but Rhodes showed a depraved indifference to human life by saying in effect, "tough luck, you can't have AndroCar." My memory is a little hazy on this incident. Do you remember this happening the same way I do?
Thanks again for writing the board members and for forwarding your complaint to the SEC. Perhaps the more stockholders who complain to the SEC, the faster they will conduct their investigation.
