I would think that Net Net it would be a Cost Savings.

Laid off employees don't get paid.

I think that's possibly why they chose to do that. <g>

Guess you'd have to read the Lease to find out the remainder of the term and the other details of that. Finding a new tennant / paying for it to be advertised .. sub let clauses and Stuff and stuff and other stuff. <g>
