Hi Phil and Ravi,

I've been out of town for the last few weeks but I've been following the situation with a keen interest. I've heard from a broker that was at the annual meeting that we are now waiting for a due diligence study from the major before getting the go-ahead for the financial backing. (should be finalized in three weeks).
