I haven't found them to be typecast as a help desk vendor. That is why I like their seed and proliferate approach. I don't like any of the other "help desk" vendors(SEBL,VNTV,CLFY...) because their products are off the shelf with limited adaptability.

RMDY's goal with this seed and proliferate approach is to become a cleint/server company, while the others seem to want to be just help desk vendors.

I think that this has and will continue to allow RMDY to be a top software company going forward.
