No absolute need for phase 2+ in exact setting for off label usage/payment. You will know I am wrong if Amgen runs a phase 2 +chemo trial(s) in mCRC in other lines.

About AMGN. Only certain companies can get away with talking big the way they did and not look like a dumba**. AMG162 is looking good but them are big words. However, they are smart to try to elevate/buzz the product from a running start in this packed field. As long as AMEN can back it up, they can say what they wish. Downside is obviously the tarnishment of the AMGN image.
