With all the problems PMTI has already had, this is a day trade stock at best. I wouldn't stay in it for more than a few hours, or a couple of days, at most. This stock is not for the faint investor. It is similar to playing blackjack, but with a trading commission tacked on. I wonder who would be interested in acquiring this company? Constant, significant losses; pending patent litigation with possible adverse outcomes; regular dilution; and products which apparantly do not work as well as everyone had hoped. If you buy this stock, beware that you may end up holding an empty bag.
