Castro and Ho Chi Mihn (both commies who want the US destroyed) BOTH have been quoted as saying the destruction of the US will come through the contaminating of the population of the US with drugs.

And just exactly how are they going to do that if street drugs are legal and regulated? Where is the market for the commies going to be? Here? I think not. Legalization would effectively KILL the black market. By keeping street drugs illegal we're actually playing into the very hands you mentioned. I'm surprised that you can't accept the logic of this!
